Resident says Board of Adjustment delay leaves business in zoning limbo; county to follow up

County staff agreed to place the item on the next week's agenda and requested that Matt (planning staff) attend the meeting to explain scheduling and the timing for holding a Board of Adjustment session.
County staff noted Kelsey would look at amending the board of adjustment rules so the board can set its own procedures. The county confirmed Matt is scheduled to be present at the next meeting on May 6 to answer questions about when a board-of-adjustment meeting can be scheduled.
The resident's complaint was recorded for follow-up; supervisors asked staff to report back with scheduling information and any rule changes or process steps required to resolve the outstanding review.
