Council Chair Pelletier opened discussion saying the draft reflects changes since the council last reviewed the document in November and that staff had added recent policy references and procedural clarifications. ‘‘We have updated our remote meeting, remote participation policy since we last discussed this. We've also added a section related to our recently adopted public comments policy,’’ Pelletier said.
