Most of these items passed unanimously or by recorded roll call votes with no public testimony. Staff said several site plans met zoning and landscaping requirements and that the Pioneer site plan met prior parking waivers applicable to that campus. The council discussed technical questions, such as whether an aggregate threshold of added parking would trigger electric vehicle requirements and whether public improvements tied to certain projects would be timed to developer progress.
