Vote: recorded ayes; motion passed. Item moves to City Council for a public hearing scheduled May 5.
All three items passed by voice vote; the meeting record shows commissioners voting "Aye" on each motion. Where individual supporting materials (site plan, redline comp-plan amendments, and zoning use tables) were referenced, the commission voted based on the materials in the meeting packet and staff recommendations. City Council will receive the commission's recommendations and hold public hearings on the comp-plan amendments and the annexation/zoning item on May 5.
