Senior Planner Spencer Cawley told commissioners the 5.5-acre, vacant parcel just south of WinCo is proposed to become a four-lot subdivision that could accommodate one building per lot and, ultimately, about 478 residential units, with a minimum of 400 designated as affordable housing under the applicant’s proposal.
