Council holds second reading of water and sewer ordinance amendment (Ord. 10 55-25)

The Garden City City Council conducted the second reading of Ordinance 10 55-25 on April 29 and recorded affirmative votes to proceed.

The ordinance, described at second reading, would amend Garden City Code Title 6 — municipal water and sewer chapters — including municipal water system, sewer collection system, cross connections and industrial pretreatment; it also repeals a special agreements section and converts some violations to infractions. No public testimony was reported on the ordinance at the April 29 meeting.
