The board voted to approve three tax-expiration warrants: Map 66 Lot 7 in the amount of $11,510.28; Map 124 Lot 25 in the amount of $666.80; and Map 130 Lot 10 in the amount of $1,182.50. The board also approved notices of intent to excavate (Map 130 Lot 10 and Map 266 Lot 7) and a notice of intent to cut timber (Map 5 Lot 62 and Map 5 Lots 63 and 64). A water and sewer warrant for Map 90 Lot 204 was approved, as were yield tax levies for Map 270 Lot 13 ($7,806.97) and Map 230 Lot 4 and 5 ($828.50).
At the meeting reconvening, the board also voted to seal the minutes of nonpublic sessions 1 (statutory RSA selection “a”) and 3 (statutory RSA selection “c”).
