Motion to excuse: A motion to excuse Councilman Ryder was made and seconded. Roll call recorded votes of yes from Mr. Bolton, Ms. Hough, Mr. Fagan, Ms. Van Gundy, Vice Chair Smiles and Chair Rivera; the motion carried.
Approval of minutes: Commissioner Fagan moved to approve the minutes of March 26, 2025. The roll call recorded Mr. Bolton and Ms. Van Gundy as abstaining and Vice Chair Smiles abstaining; Ms. Hough, Mr. Fagan and Chair Rivera recorded yes votes. The minutes were approved as recorded.
Withdrawn application: Planning staff read into the record that an earlier application by Manus Properties 9 North Sandusky Street LLC for a certificate of appropriateness (cornice repair at 9 North Sandusky Street, Zone B2 Central Business District, downtown historic district overlay) was withdrawn by the applicant and needs no further board action; the applicant indicated they will return with more detailed drawings at a later date.
