Council amends classification plan to add principal counsel district council title after legal review; amendment adopted, motion to move favorable follows

County legal staff cited Section 16-1-25 of the county code, explaining that the council may amend the classification or salary plans for legislative-branch positions but that executive-branch changes generally require transmittal by the executive branch.
