Reina Hightower, county staff, said the documents serve as the county's grant application to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) for Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), HOME Investment Partnerships (HOME) and Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) funding and reflect priorities identified in the consolidated plan.
