Stratton Development LLC presented the plan with agent Mitch Godfrey in attendance. Planning staff confirmed the proposal has not changed substantially since its prior appearance before the commission; the applicant will consolidate three parcels as part of the development. Commissioners asked a brief series of technical questions and raised no objections.
A motion to approve PSP25-09, subject to staff and JUC comments, was made and seconded; the motion passed on a unanimous voice vote. Planning staff will track the outstanding comments and notify the applicant of any changes required before final plan approval.
The approval covers the preliminary layout and parcel consolidation; any subsequent final-site-plan submittal must demonstrate conformance with staff conditions and local development standards.
