Clerk Gwynne told the board that the policy manual is reviewed over a four-year cycle and that, under a new work-session model, the board will review about five policies per month. "Policies, the entire policy manual is reviewed over the course of 4 years," Clerk Gwynne said, explaining the calendar the board was asked to approve.
