The commission adopted Ordinance 1157, described in the meeting as "an ordinance of the city of Collegedale, Tennessee adopting the official zoning map of the city of Collegedale, Tennessee." The city said the map does not change property zoning; it serves as an official snapshot for reference. No members of the public spoke during the zoning public hearing.
