Krista said staff will return with proposed wording for the communication goal and a plan to implement outreach steps, including whether to maintain the "Morning After" name or adjust its timing. Councilmembers expressed willingness to staff a post-office table and suggested using outreach opportunities (post office, events, school communications) to increase sign-ups for AlertMarin and the town's email updates.
