- Zoning and budget ordinances: council combined and approved multiple third‑reading zoning ordinances (including bill 24‑71 and a group of 25‑series bills). Council also advanced several first readings and approved second readings for various budget and special tax district ordinances (bills 25‑30 through 25‑36 and related water/sanitation budgets). - Contract for zoning code text amendments support: the council approved an indefinite delivery contract (IDC) award to Weston & Sampson Engineers for RFQ 41512‑01‑24/25 to support zoning code text amendments.

- Resolution and proclamations: council recognized Habitat for Humanity as a CHDO community, and adopted multiple proclamations designating April 2025 as Child Abuse Prevention Month, National Public Safety Telecommunications Week, Fair Housing Month, and Second Chance Month.

What council did not do
