Residents press Richmond for broader outreach and clarity on CIP prioritization and grant exposure

Residents and community organizations at a City of Richmond budget meeting pressed staff for clearer outreach to underrepresented populations, asked whether online responses will be analyzed for geographic representativeness, and sought clarity on how questionnaire results will inform council decisions.
