Shop restroom renovation bids: Public Works opened sealed bids for a shop restroom renovation; the CIP line-item budget was $25,000 but the lowest bid was $61,300. Staff recommended rejecting all bids and exploring lower-cost options, including in-house work and targeted trade contracting. Commissioners voted to reject all bids.
