Other administrative items included setting a May public hearing for a subdivision matter (Sunrise Vista editions), approving sheriff participation in the Department of Defense Law Enforcement Support Office program, and certifying continuing education hours for a commissioner. No executive session was held.
The court recorded unanimous votes on the recorded motions where noted. In several planning/zoning matters the court opened and closed public hearings prior to final action; those procedural motions were also recorded and carried.
