As the Water Pollution Control Authority (WPCA) acting body, the council approved payments from Fund 490 (Sanitary Sewer Capital Improvement) to Wright Pierce Engineering in the amounts of $39,736.62, $21,367.38 and $16.82. The council accepted the building department report for March, authorized tax refunds listed on the April 21 tax-collector list and approved sewer-use refunds on the corresponding list dated April 21. Each of these items was moved, seconded and approved by voice vote with no opposition recorded in the transcript.
Appointments and administrative items approved included the mayor’s appointments of Bob Koeppler and Roger Geiger as regular members of the Veterans Advisory Committee to fill terms expiring Sept. 30, 2027; that motion was moved and seconded and carried by voice vote.
