The presentation, given by Julie Tomnick, interim executive director of Creative Flagstaff, said the organization received a record 24 project grant applications for the winter cycle and awarded $86,800 to 16 recipients. "We were able to award $86,800 across 16 projects," Tomnick said, noting the grants ranged by request and tier and that some applicants' minimum requests exceeded tier allocations.
