The Planning & Zoning Commission continued consideration of a special use permit for 11 residential units on noncontiguous parcels in Plat 106 to the Nov. 10 commission meeting at the applicant's request.
Staff told the commission the applicant and Plat 106 property owners have been negotiating revisions and that some progress has been made toward a more cohesive plan, but the applicant asked for additional time. Commission discussion confirmed that when the applicant requests a continuance, the commission may grant additional continuances; staff said the commission is not under the same 90‑day obligation to act when the applicant requests the continuance.
A motion to continue the case to Nov. 10 was made, seconded and approved by voice vote.
