The West Bend Licensing Board approved a slate of routine licensing items on April 21, including a new liquor license for 228 North Sixth Avenue LLC and multiple renewals and agent changes.
Board members (Alderman Zingsheim and Alderman Butchlik were present) approved the minutes from the April 7 licensing meeting and moved through several items without substantive objection:
- Approved a new liquor license for "Game Over, 228 North Sixth Avenue, LLC" (new owner). - Approved Aspen Sky AB 105 producer full-service sales application. - Approved a six‑month Class B beer license renewal for the West Bend Athletic Association (used at Quass Creek in summer months). - Approved a change of agent for Kwik Trip store number 1082. - Approved massage license renewals included in the packet.
The police department flagged GlobalFest for separate discussion due to the length of the requested Main Street closure; that item was addressed separately at licensing and at the full council meeting. No licensing applications were denied; motions to approve carried at the licensing board meeting according to the transcript.
