The motion, made by Commissioner John Federico and seconded by Commissioner Ty Chapman, passed unanimously. Commissioners present were Chair Cheryl Smith, Ty Chapman, Michelle Madden, Christopher O'Culli, Frank Gonzales, Jamie Mendez Adakari, Victor Medina, John Federico and Angela Lucky Vaughn.
