Matt Bodine (standing in for Ashley), assistant planner, described the site as a 269‑acre single‑family residential subdivision in the west part of the ETJ. In the regular meeting, staff reiterated the recommendation for denial with no objection to the extension. Commissioner Pedron moved to grant the extension to May 14, 2025; Commissioner Riggs seconded and the board approved the extension 4–0.
