Lucas Velado spoke in favor, identifying himself as a resident at 90 Gage. After the public hearing and lack of opposition, the board took a roll call vote: Mr. Lemina, Mr. Lopes, Mr. O’Brien, Mr. Pelton and Chairman Tucker each voted “yes.” The special permit was granted subject to the stated conditions.
