The Clearwater request covers an undeveloped parcel on the south side of West 79th Street South and was filed to obtain city water service; county records show the city previously annexed adjacent parcels. The board voted unanimously to find that the annexation would not hinder growth and development in the area or in other county cities and approved the resolution.
