The Planning and Zoning Commission previously considered the application and recommended approval 6-0. A nearby neighbor (identified in the record as the closest neighbor) spoke in favor and recommended approval. Council member Tompkins moved to approve the site plan; Mayor Pro Tem Patel seconded. The motion passed unanimously.
