Assistant City Manager Lawrence Bryant presented the consent agenda and described the items before the council. The consent agenda included the renewal of a job order contract with Payne Mechanical Services of Grand Prairie for HVAC maintenance, purchase authorization for Microsoft software licenses via SHI Government Solutions through the Texas Department of Information Resources contract, authorization to purchase asphalt milling services through TEXOP Construction LP via an interlocal agreement with Tarrant County, authorization for third-party plan review and inspection services for the Planning and Economic Development Department, approval of Resolution No. 25-1674 committing match contributions for the Tarrant County HOME Investment Partnership program year 2025, and approval of the April 8, 2025 regular meeting minutes.
Council member Stinniford moved to approve the consent agenda; Council member Tompkins seconded the motion. The council voted and the consent agenda passed unanimously.
