HENRICO, Va. — The Henrico County Board of Supervisors on April 22 approved two separate resolutions: one authorizing the county to acquire two undeveloped parcels at 2514 and 2518 Libby Avenue to reduce neighborhood flooding, and another formally accepting Harvest Mill Court, Harvest Mill Place and River Mill Lane into the county-maintained road system.
The county sought the Libby Avenue parcels, which straddle a stream known in staff materials as Horsepin Branch, to improve floodplain mitigation for surrounding properties.
