Mary Willard, a local fireworks vendor, urged the court to allow Memorial Day sales, saying lost Memorial Day sales had affected her cash flow in prior years. “A couple of years ago, we were denied the ability. To this day, my cash flow is still affected by that season being gone. It is a major holiday for us,” Willard told the court.
