Bridal described the lobby renovation plans and said staff hope the new lobby will open in late summer; she said the intake room and a dedicated office area are included in the design. She also confirmed the department will continue community outreach and social-media promotion and acknowledged the council’s request to publicize the microchip-information process more widely.
