Council members voting aye were: Councilwoman Mosby; Councilman Hieronymus; Councilwoman Carruthers; Councilwoman Kayler Lindsey; Councilman Britney; Councilwoman Allen; Councilman Green; Councilman Johnson; and Councilman Trockman.
Staff characterized the appropriation as a continuation of prior support rather than a recurring change to the department's base budget; staff also noted funds were available due to project underspending earlier in the fiscal year.
