CONCORD, N.H. — The committee voted to adopt three budget amendments that preserve current Medicaid provider rates and restore funding for services for people with developmental disabilities and for community mental health programs.
Senator Carson introduced amendment 2025-2010s to House Bill 2, saying it deletes section 443 that would have reduced Medicaid provider rates and instead leaves rates at current levels. "I have amendment number, 2025 dash 2010s to present to the committee," Carson said during the meeting.
