Attorney Beaman said staff had forwarded the required easement language to the petitioners' attorney (Miss Duncan) and recommended that the board not act until the petitioners obtain the necessary utility easements. "At this point in time is that we hold on approving this road opening," Attorney Beaman said. The hearing drew no public comment and the board took no action, following staff—s recommendation to await further information from the petitioner's counsel.
