A staff member noted that the copies in the board packet initially lacked several pages and that the first page shows only well sampling; another member said that well results and in-building results can differ and that the absence of clearly labeled in-building sampling makes the report inadequate for the board’s review. One board member asked staff to check that all pages from the laboratory were included and to confirm whether total coliform and E. coli results were recorded for all required sites.
Staff agreed to double-check the lab submittal and circulate the missing pages to the board. Members said they would expect reports for both the well (pre-treatment) and representative in-building points so that the board can confirm whether any corrective actions or retesting are required.
