Board schedules special meeting on HR officer and adds SGR contract review to future agenda

The Fort Smith Board of Directors moved to call a special meeting into executive session to consider appointment, discipline or termination of Chief Human Resources Officer Rick Lawley and agreed to add a review of a contract with SGR for employment-search services to a future agenda.
