The roll call and voice responses recorded directors Desmond, Dickinson, Kaplan, Kennedy, Orozco, Puckybaum, Raithel, Cerna (vice chair), Villegas, Karpinski (chair) and Costa as voting yes on the grouped motion; the board recorded the consent grouping as approved. Director Lisa asked to be removed from item 5 "out of an abundance of caution" and the board then separately considered and approved item 5 without her participation.
No public comments were recorded on consent items. Staff said the separation of item 5 came at the request of a director and did not change the overall approval of consent items.
The board did not present separate budget figures on consent items at the meeting; staff will file the related documents in the meeting record.
