The Bellevue Planning Commission approved a final plat for lots 1 through 5 of the Bellevue Entertainment District at the northwest corner of Highway 75 and Hidden Valley Drive during its April 24 meeting. The plat covers tax lots 20 through 22 in the northeast quarter of Section 22, Township 13 North, Range 13 East of the Sixth Principal Meridian in south Sarpy County.
The commission voted to approve the plat on the consent agenda “based upon conformance with the zoning ordinance, subdivision regulations and the comprehensive plan,” the motion said. The motion was seconded and the chair announced, “All voted yes. Motion carried.”
Planning staff had no public updates for the consent item and no public testimony was offered on the plat. The item will proceed to the City Council for public hearing on May 20, 2025.
No conditions or amendments were recorded in the meeting minutes for this consent action.
