Design Review Board approves minor fence-height variance at 18 Tanfield Road

No public speakers opposed the project. Board members who visited the site supported the request, noting the need to tie the new fence into existing heights on a sloping lot. The board adopted the draft resolution and found the project categorically exempt under CEQA; the motion passed with all members present voting yes.
The board recorded administrative findings to allow the limited variance to accommodate topography and to maintain compatibility with adjacent fences and gates.
