She also described a contract with Philadelphia Protection Bureau Inc. for $51,846.25 to support replacement work on a work‑release fire system and a separate contract with the Chester County Intermediate Unit for $250,000 to provide E3 reentry program services from Jan. 1, 2025, through Dec. 31, 2026.
