Member Fisher noted a correction to identify Joe Cogswell as serving in an arborist role rather than as an engineer in one paragraph of the minutes; the member suggested minor typographical edits elsewhere.
A member moved to accept the minutes with those changes and another member seconded. The motion carried by voice vote; the chair recorded the outcome as 4‑0. No further action was taken on the item.
