Commission discussion noted prior delays and staff turnover; commissioners said neighborhood services staff had identified comparable concerns and would assist the applicant in coordinating with counsel. Commissioner Robins moved to grant the 30‑day extension; the motion was seconded by Commissioner Madis and the commission approved the continuance.
