Amanda Webb, planning director, said most subcommittees have met and provided draft language; housing is still scheduling meetings. Consultant Stantec has produced an existing‑conditions study that was being reviewed in house before public release. Webb said Stantec will supply draft goals for the subcommittees to use in developing recommendations.
