At the April 20 meeting the Midwest City Council reappointed the city's panel of municipal judges: David Howe, Joanne Horn, Lorenzo Banks and Joel Horner. The council also reappointed Farley Ward as an alternate judge.
Council members asked only clarifying questions about which judges preside over particular dockets; staff confirmed Judge Porter handles juvenile dockets and David Howe handles criminal and traffic dockets. Council approved the reappointments by voice vote after one member requested Item 7 be pulled from the consent agenda for discussion.
