Committee approves additional Workday procurement module subscription for ERP rollout

He said the module was omitted from the original order form and is being added now to complete the purchasing functionality.
Fitz John said the city is about nine months into implementation with another five to six months before going live, and that users who have seen the module report it will streamline steps that previously required manual or duplicate work.
A motion to approve item "2025-144" carried by voice vote; committee members present voted in favor and no opposition was recorded.
