Personnel - Ratified the hiring of TJ Van Cleave to a Parks Department position. Fees and charges - Accepted staff’s proposed 2026 resident/nonresident price schedule for cemetery lots, rentals, memberships and pool passes (resident rates largely unchanged; nonresident rates increased). Motion made and seconded; voice vote passed. Staff said pool-pass sales this season were about $81,656 and aquatic center summer revenue totaled about $131,438.73.
