Franklin agrees to reimburse Habitat for Humanity for two deed-restricted homes using CDBG funds

"It is a 30-year deed restriction, so that will keep it in that affordable range," a staff presenter said, and aldermen praised city housing staff and the housing commission for helping identify and acquire the parcels. Vice Mayor thanked Kathleen, Tom and the housing commission and noted the project returns multiple affordable units to the city’s inventory.
