GMWSS — Judy Construction pay application: Payment of $462,535.72 to Judy Construction for completed work on the wastewater-treatment project. Approved by council action (ayes recorded on the motion).
GMWSS — WWTP No. 2 filter modifications: Recommendation of award for replacement of tertiary filters and mechanical bar screen (low bidder PACE, low bid approximately $2,270,000). Council approved the recommendation.
GMWSS — WWTP No. 2 membrane roof replacement: Recommendation of award for membrane roof replacement (low bidder DNI, approx. $133,000). Council approved the recommendation.
County-city bridge-improvement (CCBIP) grant: Council accepted a KYTC grant (approx. $342,010) for the Clubhouse Bridge repair project and authorized staff to accept award and proceed with required authorizations. Council approved by motion.
City Hall change order No. 6: Municipal order approving a $18,452.77 change order related to fire-department connection revisions; contingency balance after approved changes reported at just under $524,000. Approved by council motion (vote recorded as 7-2-1 on the agenda record).
Municipal order — security camera and access-control system (Verkada/Security Solutions): Council approved one-time hardware purchase ($37,788.04) plus previously approved software licensing to replace aging camera and access-control equipment for the police facility; motion passed.
