On administrative items the board unanimously approved the January 30 and February 13 meeting minutes as drafted and voted to publicize a call for an associate (alternate) planning board member to be appointed annually by the Select Board for special permit panels. The Planning Board also confirmed its next meeting for May 8 at the police station and adjourned the session.
