The board approved a memorandum of agreement to participate in NextGen 911 operations with the regional public safety communications commission. The MOA covers sharing GIS addressing and moving to NextGen trunking and IP-based lines; the board moved and seconded approval and voted aye.
Director Phillips asked for a second county phone to separate work and personal communications. Commissioners approved use of an existing county device for Court Services, with a motion and unanimous voice vote.
Public-works and recreation funding documents described as local-option tax (LOT) lot-fund agreements for snow removal and maintenance—totaling $13,000 across multiple recipients—were presented and the board moved and approved those agreements.
